This outfit is a winter melt down, she looks so stunning in her cropped biker jacket with summery green chiffon leopard maxi skirt.
(as you can see people who are standing behind her are cold and shivering.)
The Maditterranean pattern dress is such a stand out piece and it would be too much to adding more colors on top of this, so she pairs it with earth tone accessories in caramel to brownish gray... young and fresh love it !!

...........................its a he.... wearing women clothes, the leather jecket from Helmut Lang is supposedly designed for woman and i also think that black ripped super skinny jeans are woman ones as well. The sunglasses, bag and tee are possibly unisex, his undies and boots are probably real manwears.
The whole outfit is well matching but looking a little too tight and uncomfortable, i think that wearing cross-sexual clothing is like breaking out of a square.
As fashion is all about experience with new things.

i love her outfit so much its like a perfect combination of musculine and feminity. This style of dressing can be adapted to different climates
this is an invesion style of dressing, she plays with different pieces from a boho wide brim hat, a cute sweet little dress, dramatic tights and punky big bukles platforms, she combines them very well and looks totally hot.
the verticle stripy tights make her legs look longer ( I guess she is a mini size, and they really work for ppl in this size)
The dress looks very extremly short to me as it hemline is way above her knees but it doesn't seem to be too short woth those tights
I think that it is a good choice that she chooses to wear the hat because if the hat is not there, there will be too much things going on at the bottom. The hat balances everything up.
